# using the action button 

## Using the Action Button

In the bottom left corner there is an “Actions button”. Clicking this will cause the tab to open up with 5 options.

**Edit Transactions **

In the “Edit Transactions” screen you can select the sales date and the customer associated with the transaction. 

**Apply Discount**

In the “Apply Discount” screen you can preselect the % discounts between 5-50%, or enter your own percentage. After selecting the percentage discount, click “Accept.”

**Accept Return**

By selecting “Accept Return” you will start the return process. Once selected you will be able to search for the receipt using the receipt number search or using the customer’s Account history.

**Quick Pick**

Selecting “Quick Pick” will show your quick pick items.

**Show Action List**

Selecting “Show Action List” will show you the Audit Log. Here you can see the actions such as adding items, making sales, processing returns, etc.
