Primary navigation bar  #

The Primary navigation bar in register by ability business is your main access point to essential tools and pages within the application. It is located in the top right of the screen.

checkout  #

• Purpose: Allows quick return to the checkout screen from anywhere within the register by ability business application.
• Function: Scan or select items, add them to the cart, and process sales.

Menu Dropdown #

• This dropdown menu gives you access to key areas of the system:
  
  Items
  
  • View, add, and manage your inventory and product listings.
    
  • Useful for checking item information.

• Customers
  
  • Access the customer database.
    
  • View customer profiles or add new ones.

• Sales History
  
  • Review previous sales transactions.
  • Search by receipt number or customer information.
    
• Settings
  
  • Configure application preferences.
  • Disconnect your register account.
  • Refresh all workstation data.
  • Manage workstation profile and view or change profile settings.
  • Manage receipt printers.
  • Visit the organization management page.
  • View audit logs.
  • Reporting.
  • Set the default card reader.
  • Set light, dark or automatic register themes.
    
• About
  
  • Displays information about the register by ability business application.
    
  • View software version, workstation name and support links.
    

Logout Button #

• Purpose: Securely sign out of your user account.
  
• Location: Found on the far right of the primary navigation bar.
  
• Use: Click to end your session and return to the login screen.
  

Tip: Log out when away from the register or after a shift to protect customer and store data.
