  • Add a payment on account during checkout by clicking Actions -> Payment on Account, or shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A.
  • Payments are sent to QuickBooks Online as unapplied and can be matched later.
  • Adding or removing a payment on account is an auditable action. User permissions may need to be updated.
• Customer Account Balances
  • Now visible when taking a payment on account, selling on account and on the edit customer screen.
