“Use This” button for quick-actions #
The Use This button is a quick-action feature that allows you to instantly move from browsing records to taking action. With a single click, you can send an item or customer directly to the checkout screen to start a new sale or start a new estimate. No extra navigation required.
You’ll find this button conveniently located in the lower right-hand corner of both:
- Item records
- Customer profiles
What It Does #
- Opens the checkout screen with the selected item or customer ready to go
- Allows you to start a new estimate using the selected record

How to Use #
- Open an item record or customer profile
- Locate the Use This button in the lower right-hand corner
- Click the button
- Choose your next action:
- New Sale, proceed to checkout, or
